What’s the main difference between Alter Product’s Configurator and Customizer?

The Configurator allows customers to select from predefined product options such as colors, sizes, and materials. The Customizer, available in selected plans, adds the ability to upload personal images, add text, apply patterns, or include QR codes directly on the product. Higher-tier plans include both tools for maximum flexibility.

Is real-time pricing available in all plans?

Real-time pricing is included in all plans. This feature instantly updates the price as customers change options such as size, material, or quantity, ensuring accuracy at checkout.

Does Alter Product offer custom 3D model creation as part of the subscription?

Custom 3D model creation is offered as an additional service and is not included by default in any subscription plan. We are going to constantly add new 3D Models to the general list, so all Plan subscribers can use them - let us know what is missing and you would like to use - if this 3D model would fit our community, we will add it to the queue to create it. However, if the model you need fits only you, we have to make it exclusive to your account - this option is available for Business and Enterprise Plan. As it's an additional service, let us know what you need and we will prepare an offer for you to build your tailored 3D model.

Can I test Alter Product features before subscribing to a paid plan?

Yes. You can start with our free plan to explore the core features, or activate a 14-day free trial for any paid plan to test advanced tools such as the Customizer, mockup rendering and print-ready export.

Are there any extra costs beyond the subscription price?

All core features listed in your selected plan are included in the monthly price. Additional fees only apply if you request custom 3D model creation, premium support packages, or other tailored services.

What is the cancellation policy for Alter Product plans?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle with no additional charges.

Which payment methods can I use for my subscription?

We accept secure credit and debit card payments via Stripe. VAT invoices are automatically issued after each payment and can be downloaded from your account settings.
